T1 Gun
5,600 Souls
Close QuartersS tier. Great for both your shotgun and wolf claws. Increases your chances of getting offered Point Blank, which is very good.
Extended MagazineC tier. Max ammo isn't a very high priority because your reload loads one shot at a time. More ammo will allow you to shoot for longer, but will also increase your reload time from empty.
Headshot BoosterB tier. This is relatively easy to proc with your shotgun for some extra damage, but it won't proc with your wolf claws.
High-Velocity RoundsD tier. Your bullets are already fast, so they don't need to be faster. Fire rate is nice but not as high a priority as damage.
Monster RoundsB tier. Increases your damage against troopers and objectives so you can deal with them more comfortably, but won't do much against other players.
Rapid RoundsB tier. Kinda nice for your shotgun, your base fire rate is very slow. Not as good as damage. For your wolf claws on the other hand (claw?), this can help you ramp up faster and is kinda solid.
Restorative ShotA tier. Useful for staying alive. Wolf claws and shotgun can proc it, but for your shotgun only the centre projectile counts so you have to aim it a bit more. Little extra damage is nice too.

Extra HealthB tier. Does what it says on the tin. It's nice. Increases your chances of finding some very good items.
Extra RegenC tier. Some nice regen, not the most useful in Street Brawl but can help you survive slightly longer and get back to a fight slightly sooner.
Extra StaminaS tier. Very nice to have because you only have two stamina by default. Insane if enhanced. In human form it's good for survival, and in wolf form it's good for chacing people down.
GritB tier. Just a barrier, it's a pretty good amount in early rounds but the cooldown is quite long. Can save your life.
Healing RiteF tier. Not very useful in Street Brawl, people are generally a lot more aggressive and won't give you much time to heal.
Melee LifestealS tier. It can proc with melee, Boot Kick, Go For The Throat, AND Mauling Leap. On top of that it increases your chances of finding Lifestrike.
RebuttalA tier. Great against melee characters (Abrams, Billy, sometimes Shiv and Viscous) or any character who tries to melee you if you are good at parrying. If you're not, invest in more general survival.
Sprint BootsB tier. Kinda nice. Little bump in sprint speed and some very small regen. Sprint speed is especially useful in wolf form when everyone's trying to run away from you.

T1 Spirit
6,400 Souls
Extra SpiritF tier. Your abilities don't deal much spirit damage.
Golden Goose EggF tier. The souls don't matter in Street Brawl and you won't have enough time to build up enough of the buffs for the damage penalty to be worth it.
Mystic BurstF tier. It'll only trigger on some of your abilities if you have spirit power which isn't very useful for Silver either.
Mystic ExpansionB tier. Useful for movement, it'll let you jump farther with Boot Kick AND Mauling Leap.
Mystic RegenerationD tier. Not useful overall. It can proc on Boot Kick's bonus damage, Mauling Leap's damage over time, Entangling Bola, and Tail Whack. It increases your chances of finding a very good item, though.
Rusted BarrelA tier. Useful against gun characters, especially with fast fire rate like Billy, Haze, Infernus, Vyper, anyone with a gun that goes "brrr". It also lowers the target's bullet resist, which is nice.
Spirit StrikeB tier. It's some extra spirit damage but you don't use spirit damage much. It can proc with melee, Boot Kick, Go For The Throat, and Mauling Leap, which is a lot to be fair.
Extra ChargeYou cannot aquire this item on Silver. If you're reading this, you're a good girl.

T2 Gun
25,600 Souls
Active ReloadC tier. You reload a lot, but your reload one shell at a time so the reload time is flexible so you often need to load faster. It does give you a nice buff when you hit it though.
StalkerA tier. Very easy to proc, lowers bullet resist, reveals the victim through walls. The damage over time won't do much damage but it can proc a lot of other spirit effects like Bullet Resist Shredder.
FleetfootB tier Good for getting around faster. When you're in human form, it can be used to help you escape or go where you're needed. When you're in wolf form, use it to chance the enemy down.
Intensifying MagazineB tier. Good for your wolf claws, not as much for your shotgun. You usually won't be firing continuously with your shotgun so it's not the best, but for your wolf claws it'll ramp up good damage fast.
Kinetic DashA tier. Very nice. It gives extra stamina, and gives a lot of extra ammo when you dash-jump. This item doesn't have a cooldown, so the more stamina you get the better (though the buff doesn't stack).
Long RangeB tier. Not bad for your shotgun, useless for your wolf claws. You shotgun has a tight spread so you'll easily be able to get the damage buff with pot shots, but most of the time you'll be too close.
Melee ChargeA tier (if you like meleeing). If not, focus more on your gun. It also slightly buffs the damage of your melee abilities.
Mystic ShotD tier. Some extra spirit damage from your gun occasionally that's easy to hit but doesn't do much because we're generally not taking spirit items.
Opening RoundsA tier. Very nice damage boost for your gun and claws. Slam Fire is already good at bursting high health enemies, and this will make it even better.
Recharging RushYou cannot aquire this item on Silver. If you're reading this, you're a good girl.
Slowing BulletsS tier. Good debuff with some extra damage. Procs in two to three hits depending on distance so if you hit your Slam Fire shots it'll most likely proc. Also procs with any melee damage.
Spirit ShredderD tier. Not useful for you. You won't be doing much spirit damage yourself but if your team's running a lot of spirit it can be a nice buff for them if you're all attacking the same targets at once.
Split ShotB tier. This item is funny, and can be good if you're bad at aiming. Whenever you activate it your shots cover a MUCH wider area for a bit. Very good with Slam Fire. Does nothing to wolf claws.
Swift StrikerB tier. Quite nice for your shotgun, your base fire rate is very slow. Not as good as damage. For your wolf claws this can help you ramp up faster.
Titanic MagazineC tier. Max ammo isn't a very high priority because your reload loads one shot at a time. More ammo will allow you to shoot for longer, but will also increase your reload time from empty.
Weakening HeadshotB tier. Good against enemies with high bullet resist. Relatively easy to proc with your shotgun, but won't proc with your wolf claws.

22,400 Souls
Battle VestB tier. Gives bullet damage at high health and some bullet resist which are both useful.
Bullet LifestealA tier. Good for staying alive. You're doing a lot of gun damage so this'll heal you constantly in a fight, albeit not very fast.
Debuff ReducerSituational B tier. Look out for characters who apply dangerous debuffs like Infernus or Pocket. A lot of debuffs get thrown around in Street Brawl though so this can be nice to have.
Enchanter's EmblemD tier. The spirit resist and cooldown reduction is nice but you don't have much use for spirit power because your best damage abilities deal gun or melee damage.
Enduring SpeedA tier. Makes you faster. Very useful for chasing down enemies in wolf mode.
Guardian WardB tier. Especially helpful for your allies. If you see an ally going in, pop this on them and they'll thank you. If you're about to die, pop it on yourself and run.
HealbaneC tier. This can burst heal you a lot in wolf form. Most of your abilities don't proc it but since your Mauling Leap does spirit damage over time, you'll get a burst heal when they die after bleeding.
Healing BoosterD tier. Not great unless you have a healing item. It does increase lifesteal healing, including Go For The Throat, which can be clutch but there are usually better options.
Reactive BarrierA tier. Very useful in Street Brawl. Croud control is extremely common especially in later rounds, and this provides a barrier that might keep you alive.
Restorative LocketA tier. Great burst healing. It'll build stacks very quickly in Street Brawl. Use it whenever you're about to die and it will often save your life.
Return FireD tier. You can use it while in wolf form because everyone will be shooting at you, but it doesn't do much damage or protect you much.
Spirit LifestealF tier. None of your abilities deal much spirit damage.
Spirit ShieldingSituational B tier. Helps you survive against spirit characters. If your damage history has a lot of purple after you die, you might wanna pick this up.
Weapon ShieldingSituational B tier. Helps you survive against gun characters. If your damage history has a lot of orange after you die, you might wanna pick this up.

T2 Spirit
19,200 Souls
Arcane SurgeD tier. Your abilities don't benefit much from spirit damage or range. Duration is nice, and the extra stamina but that's from the item it upgrades from.
Bullet Resist ShredderA tier. Good against enemies with high bullet resist. It procs from Boot Kick's bonus damage, Entnagling Bola, Mauling Leap, and Tail Whack.
Cold FrontB tier. You're close to enemies a lot, so when you are, pop this and it'll make them a bit easier to kill.
Compress CooldownA tier. Reduces the cooldown both forms of an ability. Slam Fire and Go For The Throat are both extremely valuable so using them more often is good.
Duration ExtenderB tier. Good if you're having trouble staying in wolf form. It'll let you stay a wolf for noticeably longer.
Improved SpiritF tier. Your abilities don't deal much spirit damage.
Mystic SlowC tier. Can be ok against fast characters. It won't proc very often and the slow doesn't last long. It can be useful in wolf form since it procs off of Mauling Leap's damage over time.
Mystic VulnerabilityF tier. You don't do much spirit damage so it won't proc very often and you won't get much value out of the vulnerability.
Quicksilver ReloadC tier. Not great but can be convenient. Slam Fire is already a reload but if you want another one it can come in handy. Also increases your fire rate upon triggering which is good in wolf form
Slowing HexA tier. Great against characters with high mobility. If you see an enemy getting away a lot with an ability that moves them, this will silence it in advance (will not interrupt them so time it well).
Spirit SapSituational B tier. Can be good against spirit characters (like Seven, Pocket, Infernus ect.). The decrease in spirit resist won't be helpful to you because you don't deal much spirit damage.
SuppressorD tier. Not the best but can be used against fast fire rate gun characters (Haze, Vyper, ect.) Only procs on Boot Kick's bonus damage, Entangling Bola, Mauling Leap's damage over time, and Tail Whack.
All item notes

57,600 Souls
Alchemical FireB tier. Lets you spam some area of effect damage (with a helpful debuff) which is something you usually don't have access to. The damage isn't the best because you don't want much spirit power.
Ballistic EnchantmentB tier. It does not proc with Slam Fire unfortunately but it'll let you jump farther with Boot Kick AND Mauling Leap, and give you a nice damage buff when you hit someone with either ability.
BerserkerS tier. Very good for wolf form, pretty good for human form. In wolf form you take a lot of damage so this will build stacks quickly and increase your damage output a lot.
Blood TributePreferential B tier. Great if you want to go full wolf mode, not very good for your shotgun. You transform much faster at low health so this can be used to trigger it unexpectedly fast.
Burst FireC tier. Quite nice for your shotgun, your base fire rate is very slow. Not as good as damage. For your wolf claws, this can help you ramp up faster.
Cultist SacrificeD tier. In Street Brawl there are no souls or farming, so the only value in this item is the buff for using it on a trooper. The buff is disproportionally better when this item is enhanced, though.
Escalating ResilienceC tier. Fine in wolf form, not the best for human form. It gains one stack per shotgun shot so you won't get much, but in wolf form it can build up fast. Damage buff is kinda noticable either way.
Express ShotA tier. Great with good aim. If you can track your target this will deal burst damage on your first shot every 8s. Will not work with wolf claws or Slam Fire's percentage damage.
HeadhunterB tier. Relatively easy to proc with your shotgun. The burst heal and damage can be useful especially in early rounds. Will not proc with your wolf claws.
Heroic AuraC tier. Can be helpful for your team and good in wolf form but won't be very valuable overall.
Hollow PointB tier. You have to be high health, though, so it won't always be active especially in wolf form where you're likely to be low a lot.
Hunter's AuraRRRRRAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWRRRRRRR A tier. Good for survival and damage.
Point BlankS tier. You're going to be close to your target a lot of the time with you shotgun and wolf claws, and this gives you a very potent damage buff AND slowing bullets/claws when you are.
SharpshooterPreferential B tier. You shotgun has a tight spread so you'll be able to do a lot more damage at 15 metres. Won't do anything for your wolf claws though and the move speed penalty is unfortunate.
Spirit RendD tier. Not useful for you. You won't be doing much spirit damage yourself but if your team's running a lot of spirit it can be a nice buff for them if you're all attacking the same targets at once.
Tesla BulletsF tier. Won't proc very often and when it does it won't deal much damage. You usually won't have anything for the shock damage to trigger anyway.
Toxic BulletsS tier. Good extra damage over time and healing reduction. Will proc in 3-4 shots depending on range, so hitting a full Slam Fire will usually proc it. Also builds up from any melee damage.
Weighted ShotsA tier. Good damage buff. The movement penalties can be bad in wolf mode, but worth if you can mitigate them with movement items.

Bullet ResilienceSituational A tier. Helps you survive against gun characters. If your damage history has a lot of orange after you die, you might wanna pick this up.
CounterspellPreferential A tier. Lets you parry EVERYTHING. Especially useful against bebop and seven, or anyone with knockdown. Do note that it has a cooldown so you can't keep parrying everything all the time.
Dispel MagicA tier. Generally very useful in Street Brawl because of how many debuffs get thrown around. It also gives you a good burst heal if any statuses were removed.
FortitudeB tier. It's nice to have. It'll heal you a lot but only if you haven't been damaged for a while, so it'll let you recover much quicker when you escape. Also gives you speed while low which is good.
Fury TranceD tier. Your abilities are very valuable so silencing them isn't advised. If you're already silenced though you can use it in desperation. The passive lifesteal is nice.
Healing NovaC tier. Kinda helpful for you and your team. It's good in the first couple rounds but doesn't scale enough.
LifestrikeS tier. It can proc with melee, Boot Kick, Go For The Throat, AND Mauling Leap.
Majestic LeapA tier. Insanely fast movement, if you start transforming at a distance you can use this to get ALL the way in. Note that it can't be used for 5s after taking damage from an enemy hero.
Metal SkinSituational S tier. If you ever find yourself taking a lot of gun damage (orange), bam no you're not. Useful in wolf form when everyone's shooting at you but note it'll also make you slower.
Rescue BeamB tier. Good percentage healing that can save a teammate or youself.
Spirit ResilienceSituational A tier. Helps you survive against spirit characters. If your damage history has a lot of purple after you die, you might wanna pick this up.
Stamina MasteryS tier. You only have two stamina at default so this'll be a big boost in mobility.
Trophy CollectorC tier. The buffs are nice but in Street Brawl the passive souls won't exist, and it takes a while for the buffs to stack up to better items. Note that this has 99 max stacks when enhanced however.
Veil WalkerD tier. Invisibility can be good but you're not usually gonna get much value out of this in Street Brawl since you're usually not sneaking around veils.
Warp StoneS tier. Underrated in my opinion. It's free movement whenever you need it, it will save your life more than you think. Can also be very useful for chasing people down in wolf form.

- Metal Skin — Situational S tier. If you ever find yourself taking a lot of gun damage (orange), bam no you're not. Useful in wolf form when everyone's shooting at you but note it'll also make you slower.
- Rescue Beam — B tier. Good percentage healing that can save a teammate or youself.
- Spirit Resilience — Situational A tier. Helps you survive against spirit characters. If your damage history has a lot of purple after you die, you might wanna pick this up.
- Stamina Mastery — S tier. You only have two stamina at default so this'll be a big boost in mobility.
- Trophy Collector — C tier. The buffs are nice but in Street Brawl the passive souls won't exist, and it takes a while for the buffs to stack up to better items. Note that this has 99 max stacks when enhanced however.
- Veil Walker — D tier. Invisibility can be good but you're not usually gonna get much value out of this in Street Brawl since you're usually not sneaking around veils.
- Warp Stone — S tier. Underrated in my opinion. It's free movement whenever you need it, it will save your life more than you think. Can also be very useful for chasing people down in wolf form.

T3 Spirit
41,600 Souls
DecayB tier. Free damage over time with some healing reduction. You won't increase the damage much but since it's already percentage based it'll remain kinda good.
Disarming HexSituational A tier. If someone's shooting a lot, and their bullets are doing a lot of damage, use this to stop them for a few seconds. Also lowers bullet resist which is pretty good for you.
Greater ExpansionB tier. Useful against slippery targets and for movement, it'll let you go farther with Boot Kick and Mauling Leap, as well as make it easier to hit Go For The Throat and Tail Whack.
KnockdownSituational S tier. If the enemy has long chanelled abilities (like Bebop, Haze, Seven, ect.) this will usually stop them. It's also a helpful stun even if they don't have abilities it can cancel.
Radiant RegenerationA tier. Procs whenever you cast an ability no matter what it is. It's a small heal but it triggers very consistantly and gives a nice move speed bonus when it does.
Rapid RechargeYou cannot aquire this item on Silver. If you're reading this, you're a good girl.
Silence WaveSituational B tier. If the enemy keeps spamming abilities, this'll stop them for a few seconds. Also does a not insignificant amount of damage.
Spirit SnatchC tier. The spirit damage isn't amazing and the spirit power you get isn't helpful but it also reduces the enemy spirit power and procs on melee, Go For The Throat, Boot Kick, and Mauling Leap.
Superior CooldownA tier. Abilities are how you survive in wolf form with four people shooting at you at once, so being able to use them more often could be the difference between life and death.
Superior DurationC tier. Good if you're having trouble staying in wolf form. It'll let you stay a wolf for noticeably longer. Also increases the duration of your other abilities which is moderately helpful.
Surge of PowerC tier. The imbued ability power does nothing for you but the fire rate and move speed when you use the imbued ability are kinda nice.
TankbusterF tier. It'll only trigger on some of your abilities if you have spirit power which isn't very useful for Silver either.
Torment PulseD tier. You are close to enemies a lot but the damage is small and you usually don't wanna take items that work well with this one.

Armor PiercerS tier. Half your bullets completely ignore bullet resist. Great against tanks.
CapacitorD tier. Like with Tesla Bulets, it won't proc very often and won't do much damage. The active part can be useful but there are better slowing options.
Crippling HeadshotC tier. Pretty good debuff, relatively easy to proc with your shotgun, but won't proc with your wolf claws.
Crushing FistsS tier. Will add a stack with melee as well as any ability that deals melee damage, including Go For The Throat, Boot Kick, and Mauling Leap. Will also increase their damage noticably.
FrenzyA tier. Very valuable for your wolf form, you'll be below half health a lot and all the stats help. Not as noticable in human form though.
Glass CannonS tier. Insane increase in damage and lets you snowball some fire rate.
Lucky ShotA tier. Makes your bullets have a chance to do double damage. It doesn't look like a high chance but it's a great damage increase.
RicochetA tier. Useful against groups, especially troopers. The ricophet doesn't work with your wolf claws but the bit of extra fire rate will help them.
Shadow WeavePreferential A tier. Invisibility on demand can be very good for ambushing or slipping away, but if you tend to go all in to the fray you won't be able to use this much.
SilencerSituational S tier. Especially good against enemies with escape abilities (pocket, wraith ect.). Very easy to proc, takes 3-4 shots depending on range so Slam Fire should proc it. I hate the icon art.
SpellslingerA tier. You cast abilities a lot so you'll be able to generate a lot of stacks. This much fire rate and reload speed are great for your shotgun, and fire rate is great for your wolf claws.
Spiritual OverflowD tier. Very easy to proc, fire rate is pretty valuable for you and the duration is alright. The spirit damage doesn't do much for you though.

T4 Vitality

Cheat DeathA tier. In wolf form, you're shot at a lot, and you have the potential to heal a lot, so this is can come in clutch and save you. A lot of the time though it just makes you die 4.5 second later.
ColossusS tier. When you use it it makes you extremely tough and slows enemies around you, and increases your melee damage. Very useful for wolf form.
Divine BarrierA tier. Great barrier and move speed, and most importantly cleanses all non-stun debuffs, of which there are a lot in Street Brawl. Also one of the few items that can purge ultimate debuffs.
Diviner's KevlarS tier. Big barrier when you transform. Not much more to say, it does increase your ability duration a bit.
Healing TempoSituational C tier. If you have something that can trigger a non-lifesteal heal (Radiant Regeneration for example) this will be pretty useful. If you don't though it won't do much.
IndomitableS tier. Croud control is very common in Street Brawl, and when you're a wolf most of it will be slapped on you. This helps mitigate it a lot.
InfuserF tier. Your abilities don't deal much spirit damage.
InhibitorS tier. Very easy to proc, takes about 2-3 hits depending on distance so hitting Slam Fire will proc it. Constant damage and healing reduction for whoever you're shooting.
JuggernautSituational S tier. If they have a lot of gun damage (orange), this'll seriously annoy them. Just shooting you makes them shoot you less. Great in wolf form cause everyone's gonna be shooting you.
LeechB tier. The weapon lifesteal is good, but the spirit lifesteal won't get much value. There are better options but if you're not offered any you can take this.
Phantom StrikeS tier. Amazing in wolf form, this will allow you to chase people down really easily, slow them, and disarm them. Keep an eye on the cooldown though.
Plated ArmorSituational S tier. If they have a lot of gun damage (orange) this'll have a chance to negate it.
Siphon BulletsA tier. Especially good against tanks and enemies who heal a lot. As you shoot them they'll become less tanky and you'll become more tanky.
SpellbreakerSituational S tier. If they hit you hard with a lot of spirit damage (purple) at once, this'll significantly negate it.
UnstoppableSituational S tier. If you're getting stunned or slowed or immobilized a lot, this'll make you immune for a bit. Use it mostly for wolf form since that's when everyone wants to stun you.
Vampiric BurstA tier. Will help you stay aggressive even if you're takig a lotta damage. Especially good in wolf form.
WitchmailB tier. Can let you get your abilities very fast. It's not very consistent but will help in wolf form. The spirit resist isn't bad.

T3 Spirit

Arctic BlastA tier. You're close to enemies a lot, so when you are, pop this and it'll make them way easier to kill. Especially good in wolf form.
Boundless SpiritF tier. Your abilities don't deal much spirit damage.
Cursed RelicB tier. It's great if there's a specific enemy that's causing trouble, this'll stop anything they're doing. Doesn't last very long though and just having it reduces your damage across the board.
Echo ShardA tier. Using it will refresh the cooldown of Slam Fire and Go For The Throat, both very valuable abilities. Can be a bit overwhelming for new players though.
Escalating ExposureF tier. Your abilities don't deal much spirit damage.
Focus LensB tier. You deal a lot of burst damage with Slam Fire, so this can add some extra. The silence is nice against spirit characters too.
Lightning ScrollS tier. While in wolf form, dealing damage with ANY of your abilities OR your claws will trigger this. Will only trigger once per person per transformation though, and killing doesn't reset it.
Magic CarpetB tier. After a long cast animation you can fly anywhere. Very helpful for getting away and getting in though kinda clunky. Remember not to press space as that will cancel it.
Mercurial MagnumB tier. Gives some pretty good extra spirit damage on your bullets when it triggers. It actually makes the bonus damage on Boot Kick kinda good too.
Mystic ReverbD tier. Your abilities don't deal much spirit damage, and since this deals a percentage of the ability's damage it won't do a lot. The slow can be nice though.
RefresherD tier. The main use for this item is to refresh one's ultimate ability, and since yours has such a low cooldown you won't need this. Can come in clutch though if you REALLY need your abilities back.
ScourgeS tier. You're close to enemies a lot so if you pop this on yourself enemies around you will take a pretty good amount of damage. Can also use it on an ally when they go in.
Spirit BurnF tier. The healing reduction and damage over time are great and all, but you'll find it very hard to proc since your abilities don't deal much spirit damage.
Transcendent CooldownA tier. Being able to use your abilities more often is very valuable, and this also reduces the cooldown of your items (including passives that have a cooldown like Radient Regeneration).
Vortex WebS tier. Great in wolf form, it'll group them up like dog food in a bowl. Especially good against fast characters.
Ethereal ShiftA tier. Become nonexistent for a few seconds. Can save your life against enemies with a lot of burst damage, but you can't move very far while you're invincible.
