LOK.GG

FAQ

Where does the data come from?
From the community-run deadlock-api.com. This site is not provided or endorsed by Valve; LOK.GG only computes and displays the numbers it receives.
How often is it refreshed?
Player match history and search every 5 minutes, hero stats, leaderboards and live matches within 1 hour, hero and item data every 24 hours. If the source API is down we show the last copy we have, marked "data from n min ago".
How do I find a player?
Type a Steam name, a Steam profile URL (steamcommunity.com/profiles/… or /id/…), a 17-digit SteamID64 or an account id into the search box. URLs and ids open the profile directly; names show a list when several players share one.
A profile is empty or missing recent matches.
Matches are not collected when the Steam profile's Game Details are private or data sharing is turned off inside Deadlock. A match that just ended takes a little while to reach the source API, so check back shortly.
What do rank badges and hero tiers mean?
Rank badges show Valve's rank and sub-rank as is. Hero tiers (S, A, B, C, D) are our grouping by win rate on the current patch; heroes with few matches can move around.
I clicked a leaderboard name and got someone else.
The official leaderboard carries names only, not account ids. When several accounts share a name we open the one with the highest current rank, and show search results when we cannot decide. Paste the profile URL into search to reach the exact account.
Where do I report wrong data or request a feature?
Use the email on the contact page. Mentioning the page and what looked off helps us fix it quickly.
