Superior DurationIncreases the duration of all the debuffs you put on enemies, your shield, the time rats stay on people, and your ult.
SuppressorMakes your rat swarms reduce enemy fire rate. Good against lots of strong guns.
Spirit BurnCan trigger from just your rats biting people once you have enough spirit items. Deals good damage and really fucks up enemy healing.
Transcendent CooldownBiggest cooldown reducer in the game, works on both abilities and active items.
Radiant RegenerationMakes every bite your rats do give you a stack of good regen. Using abilities heals you and gives move speed.

Ehhh
145,600 Souls
Boundless SpiritGenerally large spirit buffs, not anything specifically crazy. Pick if you are fully spirit and don't have better options.
Focus LensGenerally I would just want Silence Wave between the two. But this does generally the same thing to one person and deals some damage.
Spirit SnatchMELEE ITEM. This gives your melee hits spirit damage, if you want to do melees and spirit I guess?
KnockdownStuns people, more stun if they're in the air. Mostly only good against Vindicta and Seven's ult but is a priority against them.
Mercurial MagnumCan be put on your rats to give them more damage and to cause your bullets to deal spirit damage and fire rate when you use rats.
DecayCAN be good against people like Kelvin, Victor, etc. Anyone that heals a lot. But kind of niche cause your team could just deal more damage.
Torment PulseHurts enemies if they get too close to you. Can pair with debuffs that trigger on spirit damage and spirit lifesteal.
FortitudeNot anything super crazy. Generally just gives you a chunk of extra health and some regen.
LifestrikeONLY FOR MELEE. Makes you heal and slow enemy down on melee hits.
Stamina MasteryHelps you run around easier. Gives an extra air jump/dash and extra stamina.
Healing NovaHeals you and allies nearby for some amount of health. Can be a fine support item but not incredible later.
HealbaneOne of the most basic antiheals. Just makes enemies heal less when your rats hit them. Also causes you to heal a little bit if you kill someone with the effect.
Debuff ReducerJust kind of reduces the duration of debuffs / gives debuff resist. Good against debuff items and Infernus and stuff.
Enchanter's EmblemSome spirit resist, better early on. Gives a tiny amount of cooldown reduction but isn't super notable compared to other items.
Guardian WardCan put a shield on yourself with middle mouse button to move faster and get a little bit of shield hp. Upgrades into divine barrier to deal with debuffs but doesn't do that itself.
Return FireCan potentially have synergy with your self shield ability, mostly against gun enemies. But falls off a lot against stronger builds.
Alchemical FireThrows a circle of fire onto the cground that deals spirit damage constantly and reduces bullet resistance. Can potentially give you more area denial alongside all of your abilities.
Burst FireMakes you move and shoot faster when your bullets hit enemies. Mostly good if you are already going toward a gun build.
Tesla BulletsCauses bullets to have a chance of extra SPIRIT DAMAGE which will make any effects that "trigger on rats damage" in other notes to have a chance to happen on bullets.
Toxic BulletsCauses your bullets to eventually apply a bleeding effect. This bleed effect IS SPIRIT DAMAGE so anything that "triggers on rat damage" and stuff will trigger from the bleeding.
HeadhunterREQUIRES HEADSHOTS. If you hit headshots you will deal a chunk of bonus damage and get some healing.
Reactive BarrierGood because it upgrades into indomitable to give a free stun immunity. This item itself only gives a shield and does not prevent the stun.
Enduring SpeedSlow resist and slight movement buff. Upgrades into juggernaut to give survivability.
InhibitorSimply better on other characters. Your bullets build up a healing reduction on enemies. But it's so much better on characters with higher fire rate.
InfuserLeech is probably just better for you because you might not predict when you're about to deal a lot of spirit damage to capitalize on the lifesteal.
CounterspellREQUIRES really good parry timing to do anything at all.
Majestic LeapCould be used before activating ult to give yourself some shield. Not really optimal at all though.
Split ShotThis makes your weapon shoot additional shots from one bullet temporarily. Can be fine, I guess. Much better items to pick though.
Kinetic DashRequires you to dash jump a lot to see benefits, if you don't it's useless. Also only for gun.
Arcane SurgeRequires you to dash jump a lot to see benefits, if you don't then it doesn't do anything. Spirit version.
FleetfootKind of just makes you move faster and get some slow resistance. Not the best thing in the world and takes up an active item slot.
Active ReloadThis item is alright. Not amazing, but it can give some fire rate and bullet lifesteal if you're doing gun. Lets you reload faster sometimes.
Cold FrontSlows people down around you, it's not incredible but could help your team a little bit.
Arctic BlastFreezes people around you for a bit and slows them after, prevents stamina usage. Mostly to help your team but not super crazy.
Echo ShardCould potentially use this on shield to get a second one after the first breaks. Or on bomb to have two going at once. Kind of niche though.
Cursed RelicUse this if you want to allow your team to really fuck up one person specifically. It disables their gun AND abilities for 4 seconds but also hurts your own damage a lot while it's active.
Spirit SapUsed to reduce the spirit power and resist of one target, not incredible.
Improved SpiritMiddle step between extra spirit and boundless spirit, just gives some spirit power. Not insanely good.
Duration ExtenderPut on ult or rats for more duration usually. Upgrades to better duration item.
Compress CooldownCan reduce the cooldown of one ability. Not super amazing, but you can use it and it upgrades to better cooldown reducers.
Dispel MagicCan be activated to clear debuffs, good against people like Infernus.
UnstoppableThis gives some debuff resist but spellbreaker is typically better. Requires you to BASICALLY parry by using the active item to get stun immunity for 7 seconds. Indomitable is simpler to use????
Phantom StrikeYou probably shouldn't be the one using this. It's technically a Vindicta counter.
Rescue BeamThis heals you and a target ally for 20% hp but liiike it's better on other backline supports I think.

35,200 Souls
Extra ChargeGives you an extra use of your rat swarm and can be upgrade into a WAY better version later.
Mystic RegenerationGives you a bit of regen when your rats bite people, decent early healing. Can be upgraded into a WAY better version later.
Slowing HexThis is kind of ONLY really a counter to Apollo. It will disable all of his abilities. But it also generally slows anyone down and disables any other evasive abilities (bat swarm, grapple, teleport..)
Rusted BarrelThis will halve someone's fire rate if used on them. Can upgrade into disarming hex to fuck with Haze, Wraith, Vyper, etc.... by disabling their gun
Spirit StrikeVery NOT priority. ONLY MELEE. Gives some spirit damage to melee hits.
Mystic BurstFairly weak but upgrades into an alright item if you want. Causes your rats to deal a chunk of extra spirit damage if they hurt enough.

Extra SpiritVERY weak on its own. But it upgrades into one or two decent or better items if you hold onto it.
Extra HealthGives a slight boost in health. Can upgrade to fortitude for more health. OR, THE BETTER OPTION, can upgrade to colossus to give you an active item that provides heavy resistances.
Extra RegenSort of weak on its own. Only slight regen boost. Can upgrade to healing booster and then healing tempo which are both WAYY better items for later.
Extra StaminaGives a tiny bit of stamina buff. Doesn't really upgrade to anything that's super crazy, just other stamina buffs.
GritNot notable on its own. Can eventually upgrade into indomitable for stun immunity (if you upgrade to reactive barrier) or divine barrier for debuff removal and shield (if you upgrade to guradian ward)
Sprint BootsWeak movement boost. BUT can upgrade to enduring speed and then juggernaut to give survivability.
Close QuartersMakes your gun deal more damage at close range. You want to be at close range to tank for your team and this upgrades as well.
Extended MagazineMostly extra max ammo. Can upgrade into better items later.
Headshot BoosterREQUIRES HEADSHOTS. Damage buff when hitting headshots. Upgrades also require headshots to do anything huge.
High-Velocity RoundsMakes your bullets move faster so that you can hit shots easier and not much else. Has good gun upgrades though.

Rapid RoundsIncreases your fire rate a bit, nothing huge though. Upgrades into better fire rate increases.
Titanic MagazineLike extended magazine, this one is also mostly just max ammo. Not super useful unless you have way too much fire rate.

Slowing BulletsYour bullets applie a slow to enemies. Fairly simple a decent. Upgrades into weighted shots which is even better. Mostly for gun though, COULD potentially help your teammates kill fast people.
Long RangeYou should NOT bother with this because it requires being long range. You should NOT be that far from the enemies unless your entire team needs to retreat.
Intensifying MagazineCould be fine, makes you do more damage if you hold down your fire button. But other characters use it way better.
Weakening HeadshotREQUIRES HEADSHOTS to reduce bullet resistance. Upgrade also requires headshots.
Spirit ShredderFine if your team has lots of spirit, upgrades to better version too. Your bullets will decrease spirit resist and give your entire team spirit lifesteal against that target.
Battle VestCan be fine, not anything super insane later. Just some small gun damage and fire rate while you're at high health.
Trophy CollectorONLY get if early into match. Assists will give you ability range and move speed. It's fine but not incredible.
Melee ChargeOnly good for melee.
Weapon ShieldingNot worth it because it's only good against weak damage. It's a small shield when you take gun damage.
Spirit ShieldingNot worth it because it's only good against weak damage. Small shield when you take spirit damage.

- Intensifying Magazine — Could be fine, makes you do more damage if you hold down your fire button. But other characters use it way better.
- Weakening Headshot — REQUIRES HEADSHOTS to reduce bullet resistance. Upgrade also requires headshots.
- Spirit Shredder — Fine if your team has lots of spirit, upgrades to better version too. Your bullets will decrease spirit resist and give your entire team spirit lifesteal against that target.
- Battle Vest — Can be fine, not anything super insane later. Just some small gun damage and fire rate while you're at high health.
- Trophy Collector — ONLY get if early into match. Assists will give you ability range and move speed. It's fine but not incredible.
- Melee Charge — Only good for melee.
- Weapon Shielding — Not worth it because it's only good against weak damage. It's a small shield when you take gun damage.
- Spirit Shielding — Not worth it because it's only good against weak damage. Small shield when you take spirit damage.

Glass CannonThis isn't amazing for you because it reduces your health quite a bit. The damage CAN be nice but this really isn't an item for tanks.
Restorative ShotOnly good really early and if enemies are dealing barely any damage. The flat healing is not enough to justify in street brawl.
Cultist SacrificeThis is mostly used in standard mode matches for farming and stuff, I feel like it's too niche for street brawl items.
Blood TributeThis can give good buffs to gun builds but it drains your health so you probably don't want it on a tank.
SharpshooterThis is a similar issue to long range where it wants you to be far away and you SHOULD be close to enemies to tank hits for your team.
Ethereal ShiftIf you activate this you become invincible for 4 seconds BUT enemies will probably just ignore you and kill your team. Because you're the tank.
Melee LifestealNot worth it unless you want to invest fully into melee.
Fury TranceYou CAN realistically buy this on your gun builds if you want fire rate and spirit resist. BUT IT DISABLES YOUR ABILITIES WHILE ACTIVE AND PREVENTS STAMINA. NOT amazing for you.
Mystic ShotToo weak to be useful in street brawl, doesn't upgrade.
Veil WalkerYou really don't need this in street brawl at all.
Shadow WeaveDon't really need in street brawl.
Hunter's AuraWay worse item in street brawl because there's barely ever going to be only one person that wants to stay close.
StalkerNiche close range item that is better on assassin characters and isn't super good in street brawl anyways.
Vortex WebTypically for you this would be just a way worse version of slowing hex because you don't have abilities to make use of it.
Magic CarpetIs this even in street brawl??????
Golden Goose EggIs this even in street brawl??????
Healing RiteNiche early game healing item, you probably don't want this in street brawl generally.
RebuttalThis item can be good, BUT it requires you to be good at parrying melees from the enemy.
Restorative LocketNot very good in street brawl since you are constantly taking damage. Builds up stacks over time that can be activated to heal you per stack.
