- Close Quarters — Very good. You plan on being up close often.
- Extended Magazine — Good because you aren't getting any ammo statues like in main game
- Monster Rounds — Good, especially if you think the game will go into overtime often.
- Rapid Rounds — Middling. Take any green over it, but if it's just bad oranges and purples take it.
- Extra Health — Very good. Always take if it's enhanced for the chance at enhanced Colossus.
- Extra Regen — Usable.
- Extra Stamina — Very good- Silver has 2 stamina, which isn't enough for Street Brawl. Always a good buy.
- Healing Rite — Only buy if enhanced.
- Melee Lifesteal — Very good- it procs on your 2 in human form and on every ability in wolf form.
- Rebuttal — Get against Abrams, Billy, Calico, Venator, Viscous, or if you think the enemy team is stupid.
- Rusted Barrel — Counter item. Take if you are against heavy gun teams.
- Spirit Strike — Good- procs on human form 2 and every wolf form ability.

- Fleetfoot — It's alright- get if enemies are fast
- Opening Rounds — Good item in general
- Slowing Bullets — Good- makes enemies easy to shoot.
- Stalker — Generally good since you go close.
- Swift Striker — It's fine.
- Titanic Magazine — Good because you aren't getting any ammo statues like in main game
- Weakening Headshot — Good if you can aim, unlike me.
- Kinetic Dash — It feels weird as fuck to me but if you think you can use it effectively go for it
- Battle Vest — Buy against gun heroes
- Bullet Lifesteal — Good- remember that wolf form M1 counts as bullets.
- Debuff Reducer — Good if the enemy has some debuffs
- Enduring Speed — Great item, take unless you have a great T3 or a really good enhanced.
- Healbane — Counter item. Take if the enemy has a hero that heals a lot, especially Victor.
- Spirit Shielding — Take if the enemy is mainly spirit
- Bullet Resist Shredder — Good.
- Slowing Hex — Counter item for movement heroes like Mina, Calico and Apollo.
- Spirit Sap — If you have nothing else.
- Duration Extender — Good.
- Cold Front — Take if enhanced- if you get enhanced Arctic you win the game
- Suppressor — If you have nothing else.
- Mystic Slow — If you have nothing else.

- Berserker — Very good item. Take in almost every scenario
- Blood Tribute — I got no idea lol if u feel like it I guess
- Escalating Resilience — Extra ammo and bullet resist is nice.
- Express Shot — Good item.
- Headhunter — Good if you have a lot of green items and can aim.
- Heroic Aura — Good.
- Hollow Point — If you keep high health often then it's good, if no then it's bad.
- Hunter's Aura — Always good.
- Point Blank — Always good- if enhanced take it over any item that isn't enhanced Arctic Blast or enhanced Stamina Mastery.
- Spirit Rend — If the rest of your team are spirit characters and you have good aim
- Weighted Shots — Only use with Stamina Mastery
- Bullet Resilience — Generally good
- Counterspell — One of the best items in the game if you have good reactions, one of the worst if you don't.
- Dispel Magic — A lot of things count as debuffs in this game.
- Lifestrike — Very good, VERY good if enhanced. Procs on human form 2 and every wolf form ability.
- Metal Skin — Counter item- If the enemy has a very strong weapon character like Venator it's good.
- Rescue Beam — Good if teammates aren't very smart, or as a counter against Mo and Krill.
- Spirit Resilience — Almost always good, especially if they have burst spirit damage.
- Stamina Mastery — Always take, ESPECIALLY if enhanced.
- Warp Stone — Good for enemies that run away or if you're running away.
- Decay — Counter item- good against characters that heal a lot like Victor.
- Disarming Hex — Counter item- use against characters that use their weapon mainly.
- Knockdown — Counter item against ults that can be stunned out of
- Silence Wave — Good.
- Spirit Snatch — Good- procs on human form 2 and every wolf form ability
- Superior Duration — Good.
- Torment Pulse — If you have nothing else.

- Armor Piercer — Use if you have a Vyper on your team or the enemy is running Metal Skin or a ton of bullet resistance.
- Crippling Headshot — Counter item for healing characters if you can aim.
- Frenzy — Good.
- Glass Cannon — If you feel like you're winning hard and will keep winning, then win harder and pick this.
- Lucky Shot — Very good- ammo and damage are always nice.
- Silencer — Good.
- Spiritual Overflow — Generally good.
- Ricochet — Good.
- Shadow Weave — idk lol if u feel like it
- Cheat Death — It's funny.
- Colossus — VERY GOOD ITEM.
- Diviner's Kevlar — It's ok
- Inhibitor — Almost always good, always good against tanky characters.
- Juggernaut — Generally great
- Phantom Strike — Buy against characters who stay in the air often.
- Plated Armor — Best bullet resist item. Very good against enemies with on-hit weapon effects.
- Spellbreaker — Best item against burst spirit
- Unstoppable — Almost always buy- if enemies aren't doing some bullshit to you, they will this round most likely.
- Vampiric Burst — Almost always take. You want healing always
- Witchmail — Good.
- Arctic Blast — Good, but buy no matter what if enhanced. Genuinely the best item in the game if enhanced
- Cursed Relic — Take if enhanced
- Lightning Scroll — VERY GOOD. It procs on M1 during ult now.
- Scourge — Good.
