Absolutely Top Priority
40,000 SoulsIf you see these, they take priority. See annotations for which ones are the MOST important.
HealbaneYou'll probably be given this every game and it's always worth it. Almost impossible not to proc. Take it.
Warp StoneStreet Brawl is CC hell. This item is your bail-out. Can be used while dashing but will interrupt momentum. Take it.
Rapid RechargeIncredible power spike. Even if dashing isn't your main damage, it gives you unparalleled mobility at dash T3 and Napalm uptime. Take it.
Superior DurationBuffs every aspect of Infernus' kit. Yes, every ability and all of the items he likes. Take it.
LeechAbsolutely #1 pick for Infernus. Leech + T2 Napalm + Spirit Rend will keep you alive through everything as long as you're dashing. Take it.
Spirit BurnYou are now death, destroyer of worlds. Take it.
Spirit RendVery solid shred and stacks your spirit lifesteal. One of Infernus' best orange items, especially if you land headshots. Take it.
Spiritual OverflowOne of Infernus' highest value items. Gives him everything he wants + easy to proc. Take it.
Crippling HeadshotStrongest and most reliable spirit shred and late-game healing reduction. Yes, even more than Escalating Exposure. Take it.

Slowing BulletsExtremely easy to proc and the slow is valuable for keeping up Afterburn. Good pick, but fire rate comes first and still harder to pull off than Mystic Slow.
Titanic MagazineAlternative to Swift Striker and Burst Fire if you aren't hitting your shots. If you're sliding, you won't need this.
Swift StrikerIf your'e landing shots becuase ideally you mag dump ASAP. Not as good as Burst Fire.
Burst FireSame as Swift Striker but better fire rate with your rhythm of play and the slide distance is huge for mobility.
RicochetFire rate is decent but most of your AoE will be coming from dash. Very strong if you have other proc items, otherwise easily outperformed.
SilencerSilencer + T2 Afterburn + 15% spirit resist makes you a menace against spirit bombs. Silence is also good for trapping people in dash. Very strong item, unfortunately doesn't show up often.

Enduring SpeedThe lynchpin of your mobility. Slide better, dash faster, and don't get caught.
Reactive BarrierExcellent pick that will last to late game. Street Brawl is a CC landfill and the barrier scales with spirit, which you're already going to get lots of.
Dispel MagicFor when warp stone fails. Alwasy worth it unless you're absolutely breaking the enemy team's ankles.
Spirit ResilienceNot super high priority if you're able to stay mobile, but spirit damage is everywhere in Street Brawl. With Infernus' strong healing this always gets good value.
JuggernautNatural upgrade from Enduring Speed. Only time you're getting caught now is Seven stun into echo shard Paige.
InfuserSolid second fiddle to Leech. VERY good enhanced form. Getting both is usually unnecessary.
SpellbreakerThe best spirit defense you'll get. Worth it even with Spirit Resilience.

Spirit

Mystic SlowMight as well be free bonus damage for your dash. Upgrades to Lightning Scrolls which is really good with Concussive Combustion.
Mystic VulnerabilityYou do 8% more damage. Need I say more?
Mercurial MagnumMakes your gun do solid damage with a fire rate and reload. Almost impossible to not proc Afterburn if you have this.
Transcendent CooldownTurns Concussive Combustion T2 into a spammable initiation and disengage tool. Otherwise low CDs is always great.
Boundless SpiritConsiderable damage buff for Infernus, though Infernus' real damage comes from uptime. Worth it as a luxury, VERY strong if you're getting a lot of mileage out of dash or Reactive Barrier.
Lightning ScrollConcussive Combustion is now the hardest CC in the game. Enemies now have about half a second to pray after the ult's stun before lightning scroll hits.
Escalating ExposureInfernus is one of the few people who still gets a lot of value from this item. Worth the upgrade, but don't worry if you're stuck on Mystic Vulnerability

Conditional
89,600 Souls
FleetfootDecent item, but too many better alternatives you'll probably get instead. Only if desperate.
Kinetic DashIf you DESPERATELY need fire rate and ammo. Still worse than Swift Striker and Burst Fire.
Active ReloadIf you DESPERATELY need fire rate and ammo. Way worse than Swift Striker and Burst Fire, the bullet lifesteal is not good.
Toxic BulletsInfernus doesn't really have a problem with inflicting healing reduction and the proc rate is worse than Afterburn. Only use with Ricochet.
Escalating ResilienceAlternative to Bullet Resilience because you'll be shooting a lot anyway. Usually not necessary.
SpellslingerDecent late-game pick if you somehow miss every other magazine or fire rate item. Synergizes with Ricochet if you end up as a backline Infernus.
CapacitorAlternative to Arctic Blast. Better crowd control and wave clearing, harder to hit active.
Bullet ResilienceFor Haze and Venator.
CounterspellIf you know how to use it, this is the BEST defensive item in the game. Top priority over literally every item if you're fighting Paige or Lash. Sometimes you just don't need it though.
Stamina MasteryOnly if you aren't sliding properly. Infernus doesn't really have issues with mobility if you take Enduring Speed.
Diviner's KevlarGood if you're really leaning on Concussive Combustion to save your life. Duration increase is the cherry on top.
Plated ArmorFor Haze and Venator, although usually Bullet Resilience is enough.
Divine BarrierEasier counterspell. Mandatory pick against Pocket.
InhibitorNot really that necessary. Decent if you're trying to take down a carry but aside from the damage penalty, the buffs are just outclassed by other items.
UnstoppableOnly if you're really suffering from CC and Dispel Magic + your own mobility isn't enough. Pop when doing deep dashes or expecting hard CC.
Slowing HexFor Apollo.
Radiant RegenerationReally shines late game when you're dashing left and right. Not great if you ended up with a backline, gun-focused build.
Greater ExpansionOnly if you have lightning scroll. Concussive Combustion is now a game winner.
KnockdownFor Seven and other channeled ults.
Disarming HexYou will not win fights against a good Haze or Venator without this. Otherwise unnecessary.
Silence WaveDecent if you're trying to catch someone but Infernus doesn't usually have trouble running people down.
Arctic BlastWorth a slot to trap people in your dash and get a free Afterburn proc. High priority if you can't catch some slippery bastards or need to lock down a carry.

Quicksilver ReloadGood alternative if you struggle with fire rate and ammo, but mainly worth it to get Mercurial Magnum
Superior CooldownCD is always great, upgrades into Transcendent Cooldown.
