Item order
Stages top to bottom, items left to right

Early game
12,800 SoulsBuy from left to right, don't you dare skip stamina and boots
Close QuartersDestroying the enemy up close
Melee LifestealCool heal, especially during the activation against the enemy with the second skill in human form. When you push off the enemy, you can press Q and give a light hit at that time
StalkerJust cool, really cool
Express ShotDamage + faster ult charge
Slowing BulletsDamage + slow
LifestrikeSlow, damage and heal, what else do you need for joy?
Extra StaminaWithout extra stamina, it's really hard to play, because two default slots limit us too much in terms of chasing and movement, a must-have item. We rush against Durnan after the pursuer
Sprint BootsSpeed is everything for catching the enemy in wolf form + a bit of regen. We rush against Durnan after the pursuer
All item notes

Shields
Optional3,200 Souls
Spirit ShieldingHere you can buy a shield if you're being pressured hard on the lane. However, I prefer to wait for Spirit Resistance or later items like: Silencer + Spellbreaker
Reactive BarrierHere you can buy a shield if you're being pressured hard on the lane. However, I prefer to wait for Spirit Resistance or later items like: Silencer + Spellbreaker

Mid game
14,400 SoulsBuy from left to right, sometimes buy the elephant before the hunter's aura
Point BlankToo much damage, resist, and slow for its price, buy without thinking
Hunter's AuraAn item boosting our damage, giving survival against marksmen and a bit of movement speed. Rarely can skip it, but if you buy it, you won't regret it
Weighted ShotsBuy only with running boots, otherwise your movement speed will slow down too much. The item gives decent damage and resistance to negative effects
Stamina MasteryWithout extra stamina, it's really hard to play, because two default slots limit us too much, a must-have item. Selling is highly undesirable even in hyper late
Enduring SpeedNice resistance to speed slows, and enemies will have ways to slow you down
All item notes

Defense
Optional12,800 Souls
Spirit ResilienceA good item, but I prefer Silencer + Spellbreaker. However, if you need to strengthen cheaply, it's a top item
Metal SkinCan take against marksmen, especially against Haze and her ultimate, but very rarely
Plated ArmorGives nice bulk against marksmen, I almost never buy it. We take it rarely and remember that armor-piercing bullets ignore plate armor

Late game
25,600 SoulsHere we need to think, in some games we don't need unstoppable or limiter
SilencerHuge amount of resistance to spirit + silence, which won't let enemies press their buttons
InhibitorAnti-heal is in the meta now, buy against heroes with lifesteal from skills and those who bought Lifesteal Burst. Plus, the item gives nice survivability
Vampiric BurstLifesteal to live, duh. Bought almost always, because the longer we live - the more damage we deal
UnstoppableSuper nice immunity to effects, almost mandatory in all games, because you in wolf form are target No 1. Helps against Dynamo's ultimate and Durnan's as well
All item notes

Control
Optional11,200 Souls
Slowing HexAgainst various blinks and fast heroes, can also prevent casting Run on Infernus
Silence WaveVERY SITUATIONAL item, can buy once in 100 games
Cursed RelicUsually bought after selling the snail, when enemies bought dispel against it. The Cursed Relic cannot be dispelled
All item notes

Situational
Optional56,000 Souls
Bullet LifestealI usually don't buy fangs, the healing from Vital Strike is enough
SpellbreakerOften taken against heroes with a single big damage, like Apollo. Stacks well with Elephant and Unyielding due to resistance to negative effects
WitchmailIf we want even less cooldown on skills, however, buy rarely, because Spellbreaker is better with its resistance to negative effects
Dispel MagicIf you need to remove control or the same bombs from Bebop
Phantom StrikeBringing targets down to the ground, buy against Vindicator, Talon, etc... Sometimes a decent item just as a blink
JuggernautIf we are often slowed or too lazy to sell Speed Resistance, we can upgrade to Bruiser
Glass CannonIf we feel a sharp lack of damage
FrenzyActually a very nice item, we can buy it if lacking speed and there are many wizards on the enemy team
BerserkerIf they let you live in a fight, then this is a very strong thing, +70% to damage
Escalating ResilienceIf we are playing against rapid-fire heroes and they let us live long in a fight. Very controversial item
Toxic BulletsCan buy instead of the limiter in mid game, but I prefer to buy the limiter
CounterspellWe take against what we can lock down, however if lacking skill, then ignore
